Quinta do Judeu’s prime white wine comes from a 90 year-old vineyard at Quinta do Judeu – Canelas, which gives it a structure that only such an old vineyard can provide. The predominance of Viosinho and Rabigato varieties offers an impressive aromatic richness and freshness which are expected from a top white wine. A true winter white wine.

Grape varieties
Mixed Douro native varieties from Quinta do Judeu – Canelas (Cima Corgo sub-region) very old vineyards (90 years old) with the predominance of Viosinho and Rabigato
Vinification
Pre-selected grapes, carried to cellar in 20kg boxes and gently pressed in a pneumatic presser. Fermentation occurred during 1 month in stainless steel tanks with automatic temperature control (14º-16ºC). Partial aging of 2 months in French oak barrels.
